Clerk III - Billing Service Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Service Representative to support the City of Edmonton’s Waste Services team. You will manage and reconcile billing accounts, resolve account discrepancies, and communicate technical billing information to community members. Ideal candidates have experience in customer billing or account management and strong analytical and organizational skills.
